Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping rates vary based on weight and destination.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders. Please reach out to discuss your design ideas.
Can I send in my own cup for laser engraving?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied items for engraving. Pricing is based on design complexity and laser time. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! We’re happy to offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss pricing before placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before engraving. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to find a solution.
